D-LP SERIES WAREWASHERS

D120 P dgt/LP61/LP61H/LP70/LP130el/LP130vp/LP61 IRC/LP61H IRC warewashers are designed and built to deliver acceptable results with low running costs. These are ideal for those looking for a powerful, robust and flexible machine with double-skin doors and structure. Dimensions: 600×550 mm – 700×1385 mm, depending on the model. These warewashers require a three-phase electrical connection (the LP130vp needs to be connected to a steam circuit) and a hot water tap. The wash tank is self-draining and has rounded corners for faster, deeper cleaning of the washing chamber. The D120 P dgt warewasher has three wash cycles (1, 2 and 3 minutes), plus an extended 8-minutes cycle. LP61/LP61H/LP70/LP130el/LP130vp/LP61 IRC/LP61H IRC dgt warewashers, on the other hand, have three longer wash cycles (2, 4 and 6 minutes), plus a boiler delay function to ensure that all items are washed and rinsed properly. Max loading height: 430 mm – 830 mm, depending on the model. The display shows the temperature of the tank and boiler during the various stages of each cycle. These temperatures can be adjusted in the case of the LP versions.

These warewashers are built entirely from AISI 304 stainless steel. They have a double-skin walls and door, an insulated boiler and body, a top and bottom rotating wash arm and an in-tank pump filter. Optional devices include a peristaltic detergent dispenser and a waste evacuation pump. The hydraulic rinse-aid dispenser is fitted as standard. On request, this can be replaced with a peristaltic version. The fixed tank thermostat guarantees maximum results with industrial detergents. The adjustable boiler thermostat lets you set the right temperature for perfect rinsing and sanitising of all items. The warewasher is fitted with four stainless steel surface in-tank filters to trap the dirt and prevent any small objects from accidentally falling into the tank.
