BD SERIES GLASSWASHERS
Elframo BD46dgt/BD47dgt/BD47VE/BD47VE BA glasswashers are designed and built to deliver acceptable results with low running costs. These are ideal for bars and pubs looking for a compact, robust and flexible machine with either a round or square 400 mm basket or an attractively designed double-skin structure. The compact dimensions of these glasswashers make them perfect where space is at a premium. BD46dgt glasswashers require a single-phase electrical connection and a hot water tap, while the BD47dgt/BD47VE/BD47VE BA glasswashers require a three-phase connection.
BD46dgt/BD47dgt glasswashers have two 1- and 2-minute wash cycles and a boiler delay function to guarantee the perfect washing and rinsing of glasses, cups and saucers. Max height: 290 mm. The BD47dgt version also has a cold water rinse function, making it especially good for alehouses and pubs.
These glasswashers are built entirely from AISI 304 stainless steel. They have double-skin walls and door, a top and bottom rotating wash/rinse arm and an in-tank pump filter. Optional devices include a peristaltic detergent dispenser, a waste evacuation pump and a pressure booster pump for more effecting rinsing. The wash tank in the BD47dgt is self-draining, has rounded corners and V-shaped basket guides for faster, deeper cleaning of the washing chamber. The display shows the temperature of the tank and boiler during the various stages of each cycle. The hydraulic rinse-aid dispenser is fitted as standard. On request, this can be replaced with a peristaltic version. The fixed tank thermostat guarantees maximum results with industrial detergents. The adjustable boiler thermostat lets you set the right temperature for perfect rinsing and sanitising of all items.
The BD47VE glasswasher is designed and built to get perfect results thanks to its in-built electronic control that manages all the main stages in the process, as well as a wide range of adjustments that let you set the machine to suit your specific needs. Ideal for wine bars, restaurants and all other businesses requiring exceptionally clean glasses. This glasswasher has an advanced digital display showing all the information needed at each point in the process. The BD47VE has 3 wash cycles that can be customised as the temperatures and timing can be set to meet specific needs. It also has a self-diagnosis function that checks the working parameters and warns you as soon as there is a problem.
Furthermore, the wash pump is fitted with a soft-start function to avoid excessive vibration in fragile items at the start of the washing process. This model also offers a cold water rinse function, ideal for fragile glasses.
The BD47VE BA glasswasher is fitted with a pressure booster pump and air gap system, as well as an atmospheric boiler for rinses at constant temperature and pressure.
