The dgt range is particularly suited to restaurants and other catering businesses looking for a 500 mm square basket dishwasher that is easy to use and especially robust. The elt range is dedicated to those needing greater flexibility, as the machines can be set to suit specific needs. These machines require a three-phase electrical connection and a hot water tap.
The C34dgt dishwasher offers two wash cycles (2 and 3 minutes) that can be selected using the digital display. It also has a boiler delay function to ensure proper washing and rinsing of all items. Max loading height: 390 mm. The C44dgt/C66dgtdishwashers, on the other hand, have three wash cycles (1, 2 and 3 minutes) plus an extended 8-minute cycle. These machines are built entirely from AISI 304 stainless steel; they have a single-skin hood and double-skin walls, a top and bottom rotating wash/rinse arm and an in-tank pump filter. Optional devices include a peristaltic detergent dispenser, a waste evacuation pump and a pressure booster pump. The hydraulic rinse-aid dispenser is fitted as standard. On request, this can be replaced with a peristaltic version. The fixed tank thermostat guarantees maximum results with industrial detergents. The adjustable boiler thermostat lets you set the right temperature for perfect rinsing and sanitising of all items. The C66dgt has an 8.3 kW heating element in the boiler and a three-phase 5.2 kW heating element in the tank, meaning that this dishwasher requires a cold water tap.
